ESPI’s premises are located in the „Palais Fanto“. This building dates from 1918. It was built for the industrialist David Fanto in a neo-classic style by the architects Ernst von Gotthilf-Miskolczy and Alexander Neumann. For six decades, it was the domicile of the Austrian Federal Alcohol Monopoly. Today, Palais Fanto hosts inter alia media enterprises, the Russian Lukoil company and the “Arnold Schönberg Center”.
