ESPI Specials and Memoranda are brief records and communications. This platform presents outcomes of conferences and memoranda to faciliate and promote decision-making processes and cooperation. Handy in structure they draw attention to various, often transdisciplinary, aspects of space policy and generally contain recommendations.
