21 June 2012. ESPRAN Newsletter 15 Online

ESPRAN_Nl_15 21 June 2012. The fifteenth Newsletter issue of the European Space Policy Research and Academic Network (ESPRAN) operated by ESPI is now online.

In this issue of the ESPRAN Newsletter, readers can find an account of ESPI activities during the winter of 2011-2012. They include the launch of the Executive Briefs series, a new online publication created to provide up to date focus and analysis on punctual space policy issues, a number of very successful ESPI events, such as a milestone workshop on Europe-Japan cooperation, and the Institute’s participation in high level conferences, such as the first Galileo Application Congress held in Prague at the occasion of its inauguration as the new seat for the Galileo Supervising Authority. Finally, the Institute’s work on promoting inter-cultural and multi-disciplinary approaches to space activities was also broadened by the presentation of “The Human Footprint” book, while its visibility in Austria was further increased by the participation of its Director at an event organised by the Austrian Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology, as well as by his appearance on national media.
