13 September 2012. ESPI director Peter Hulsroj makes presentation at the Secure World Foundation/IFRI Annual Conference in Brussels.

On 13 September the Secure World Foundation and IFRI held their annual space conference, this year with the title ‘International Relations and Space: The European Approach’. The list of speakers featured many prominent experts, such a Frank Rose, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Space and Defense Policy and Gerard Brachet, Vice-President of IAF and former president of CNES. The key note was given by Jean-Louis Fellous, Executive Director of COSPAR. The ESPI director, Peter Hulsroj, was invited to talk about what it means to be a partner in space. He highlighted the highly heterogeneous nature of the space community and how this diversity gives great opportunities to cooperate to differing degrees and in different context with many different partners.
