25 March 2011. ESPI’s Advisory Council and ESPI’s General Assembly have conducted their spring meetings looking back on a successful year for the Institute.
The Advisory Council of ESPI met for its 14th meeting on 4 March 2011 and the General Assembly of ESPI met on 25 March 2011 to review the past year and provide inputs for the Institute’s future work. The Advisory Council is composed of ten independent renowned personalities. In its activities report, the Advisory Council “commends both the staff and the management for an outstanding achievement”. It further provides advice on topics to be reflected in the Workplan 2012. It is particularly worth mentioning that the members of the Advisory Council have been participating in numerous events of the Institute, as keynote speakers or moderators, thus demonstrating their engagement and strong adherence to the Institute. The General Assembly, composed of representatives of ESPI’s member institutions, held its 15th meeting on 25 March 2011. Main items were the Annual Financial Statement of the Institute and the discharge of the management. Satisfied with the overall performance of ESPI, the General Assembly praised 2010 as a particularly successful year for the Institute.
