As another highlight in the course of the Czech EU Council Presidency, Petr Havlík (Head of the Czech EU Council Presidency Team UN/UNODC/UNIDO), was participating as a panellist at the Latin American – European Roundtable hosted by ESPI on 8 June 2009.
