ESPI bluegrey 19 April 2013. The ESPI event on "The Relevance of General International Law for Space Debris Questions", which took place on 11th April, has now given rise to an article in the prominent Austrian daily, Der Standard.

The event in ESPI took a very broad look at the relevance of general public international law for issues arising in relation to space debris; space debris becoming an increasingly important societal issue given the dependence of society on space based infrastructure. Because of this importance the topic was also picked up by the newspaper Der Standard and the related article can be found here: http://derstandard.at/1363708195517/Keine-Gesetze-fuer-Weltraumschrott
