1 October 2013. Yesterday the Russian state  news channel presented a segment where the overall launcher situation was discussed after the successful launch of the upgraded Falcon 9. ESPI director Peter Hulsroj was featured, explaining briefly the global competitive situation

The news segment was focused on Russia’s position in space and the launcher business, and Peter Hulsroj explained what a crowded field launchers is becoming, not only with Falcon 9 and other private players, but with many countries, established and less established, investing in new or upgraded capabilities.
