3 December 2010. The 10th issue of the Newsletter for the European Space Policy Research and Academic Network (ESPRAN), operated by ESPI, is online.
In this issue readers will be able to find information on the latest highlights of ESPI and ESPRAN members’ activities. Among others, the newsletter reports on the 4th ESPI Autumn Conference which gathered the ESPRAN members who will contribute to the upcoming 2009/2010 “Yearbook on SpacePolicy” to discuss on their contributions and the latest trends in space. This issue also announces the publication of the second volume of “Humans in Outer Space” which is entitled “Interdisciplinary Perspectives” and which covers views from the social sciences, the humanities and the arts on the topic of Humans in Outer Space. The Newsletter counts this time with the profile of DGAP (German Council on Foreign Affairs) where the active role of this institution in the space field is highlighted. ESPRAN is managed by ESPI Resident Fellow Matxalen Sánchez Aranzamendi, who also prepared the Newsletter.
