15 December 2014. Dr. Annette Froehlich gave a lecture on “International Legal Dimension of Space Flight” at the Graz University of Technology. The lecture gave a broad insight on fundamental rules of international spaceflight and current aspects of European space policy as well as the recent resolutions of the ESA Council.
At the occasion of Dr. Froehlich’s visit at the Institute of Communication Networks and Satellite Communication, Dr. Froehlich was also appointed member of the Scientific Supervisory Council of the SpaceTech master programme, chaired by ESA General Director Jean-Jacques Dordain. The SpaceTech programme educates international mid-career professionals seeking top-level expertise in space systems and business engineering. It is designed as study with both distance learning elements and presence sessions, which can be attended by participants while they continue to work. It also features, as an important element, a central Case Project (CCP) on which all students work, both separately and collectively.
