On Monday 9 June 2025, the Director of the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI), H. Ludwig Moeller, was invited to provide testimony at the UK House of Lords in London. Director Moeller was invited to provide oral evidence as part of the inquiry “UK Engagement with Space” alongside Laurent Jaffart, Director of Connectivity and Secure Communications at European Space Agency; Dr. John B. Sheldon, Senior Partner at AzurX; and Dr. Peter L. Hays, Professor, Space Policy Institute at George Washington University.
