ESPI Evening Event, Space2030 and Space 4.0: Synergies for Capacity Building in the XXI Century (03.02.2018)

The overarching framework of the conference “Space2030 and Space 4.0: synergies forThe overarching framework of the conference “Space2030 and Space 4.0: synergies forcapacity building in the XXI century”, which is organized by ESPI, co-organized by UNOOSA,with the support of ESA, and will take place at ESPI in Vienna on the 3rd February 2018, isthe United Nations agenda Space2030 and the ESA Space 4.0 strategy.

Through this framework we would like to identify potential synergies for capacity building inthe XXI century, focusing, in particular, on four thematic priorities of UNISPACE+50: Globalpartnership in space exploration and innovation; Strengthened space cooperation for globalhealth; International cooperation towards low-emission and resilient societies; Capacitybuildingfor the twenty-first century.

A special emphasis will be put on the future approaches of the diverse groups ofstakeholders involved in innovation, exploration, global health and climate change.
